Canada's Point System: Age

more on canada's point system...

age is another factor that they consider when you apply for an immigrant visa. basically, you get points depending on your age at the time when you submit your application.

the points are awarded as follows:

16 years old or under - 0 points
17 years old - 2 points
18 years old - 4 points
19 years old - 6 points
20 years old - 8 points
21–49 years old - 10 points
50 years old - 8 points
51 years old - 6 points
52 years old - 4 points
53 years old - 2 points
54 years old and above - 0 points

Hi there!

I hope all is well!

I'm planning to study in Canada ( next year ), but I'm not sure if it's worth it. International fees are much higher than the Fees of the locals or Canadians. I'd like to know if studying there would be the easiest way to gain permanent residency? How about migration? What are the easiest ways to migrate? Please please advise.

Thanks!!
